The Airport Operations Director – Emergency Services is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all emergency-related operations at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). This role manages Emergency Management, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Law Enforcement support, the Airport Operations Center (AOC), and the Airport Emergency Plan (AEP). The position ensures regulatory compliance, stakeholder readiness, and coordinated response aligned with National Incident Management System (NIMS) standards.
